When you sign up we collect your email, an optional display name and a password hash. When you use parsing, we temporarily process your uploaded document to produce Markdown results.

We use this information to provide, maintain and improve the service: running document parsing, managing accounts, security protection, and sending product updates when you opt in.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose limited information to third parties only when required by law, to protect our legitimate interests, or with your explicit consent.
4. Data security
We protect your data with industry-standard encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls. Passwords are stored as salted hashes — never in plain text.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. After account deletion, related data is purged per our process.
